How do I check for ABCmouse Aprende Inglés app and system updates?

We recommend that you regularly check for available updates for the app and your device. This way, you make sure you get access to the latest features, enhancements, and bug fixes. To find out the steps to follow to check for updates, select the device you use from the list below:

Android

To check for ABCmouse English updates:

1. Open Google Play Store  > touch  Menu  (three lines) >  My apps & games  > search for  ABCmouse English  and touch  Update .

To check for system updates:

1. Open the Preferences app on your device.
2. At the bottom, tap  System  >  Advanced  (or  About phone ) >  System update.   

To check for updates:

• iOS 13 or earlier
  1. Go to the app store  and select  Updates .
  2. If updates are available for ABCmouse English, select Update  next to the application.
• iOS 14 or later
  1. Go to the app store and tap on your account icon in the top right corner of the screen.
  2. If updates are available for ABCmouse English, select Update  next to the application.

To check for software updates:

1. Open the Preferences app  and go to  General  >  Software Update .
2. If there are any updates, select Update and install .
