Android Mobile device
- Go to Preferences > Applications > Manage applications > All > ABCmouse Aprende Inglés and press Uninstall.
- Turn off the device.
- Let stand for one (1) minute.
- Turn the device back on.
- Reinstall the app from the Google Play Store.
iOS
- From the Home screen, press and hold the ABCmouse Aprende Inglés app until it starts to wiggle and a small X appears at the top.
- Tap the app again and tap Delete .
- To reboot the device, keep it turned off for one (1) minute.
- Search for ABCmouse Aprende Inglés in the app store.
- Select the Cloud icon to reinstall it.
- Once the download is complete, tap Open to reopen ABCmouse Aprende Inglés.
