If you’re having trouble signing in or accessing the app, it could be due to one of the following issues:
Invalid login credentials
Are you getting the error message: “The email or password you have entered is incorrect” when you try to log in? If so, it means that you have entered an email or password that is not in our system.
Autocomplete
If your device has auto-fill to enter your email, please try to write it instead. There may be a space after the device auto-completes your email that you can’t see.
To fix this, make sure you press the Backspace or Delete key a few times to make sure the field box is completely empty, and then re-enter your email without using the autocomplete option.
Password
If you forgot your password, try resetting it . Don’t forget to check your junk/spam folders if you don’t receive the email in your inbox after 15 minutes. If you still don’t receive instructions to reset your password, your account may be linked to another email.
Not sure which email you should use to log in? Try resetting your password with the email you think is associated with your account. If the email is not registered in our system, a message will be displayed to inform you that there is no account associated with the email you entered.
If, after trying different emails, you still don’t know which email you used to log in to ABCmouse Learn English, please create a new account .
