This website, www.aofl.org (the Website), is operated by Age of Learning, Inc. (we, our, us, or AofL), the founder of Age of Learning Foundation and developer of ABCmouse® Early Learning Academy (ABCmouse). Age of Learning Foundation is an initiative of Age of Learning that provides ABCmouse to children from low-income families to help ensure that children from all communities have access to high-quality educational resources.

We understand the importance of your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes our practices in connection with information that we collect through the Website. By using the Website, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time and your continued use of the Website following any and all changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

We update and test our technology to improve the protection of your information and to assure the integrity of our information.

7. Miscellaneous. Any claim, action, or proceeding arising out of this Privacy Policy, or your use of the Website, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to principles of conflict of laws. Any claim, action, or proceeding related to this Privacy Policy will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts sitting in Los Angeles County and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the use of the Website or this Privacy Policy must be filed within ONE (1) YEAR after such claim or cause of action arose or will be forever barred.
