On some devices, exiting the ABCmouse Aprende Inglés app leaves some features running in the background. By closing the app completely, you make sure that all app features are disabled to restart the app again.
Android
To force stop the ABCmouse Aprende Inglés app, go to Preferences > Applications > All Apps > ABCmouse Learn English > and select Force Stop .
iPhone
Go to the Start screen > double-click* the Start button to open the multitasking tray > and swipe up on the app preview to force stop ABCmouse Aprende Inglés.
*On iPhone X or later, on the Home screen , swipe up from the bottom left corner of the screen .
