Time on Task

As a priority, the Age of Learning Foundation encourages education systems to set a time-on-task objective of 60 minutes per week per subject area for every child on the adaptive and structured digital solutions we provide.

Evidence from the implementation of these solutions in schools shows that 60 minutes per week of productive engagement can help children make significant progress in skills development, learner identity, and enthusiasm for learning.

To derive the best outcomes for children, we encourage partner countries to make this an essential requirement in Mastery Learning Program implementation.

Time-on-Task Goal

60 mins. per week

As each child experiences the gamified reading and math learning environments online, they will begin to discover and grow into their Mastery Learner Identity.

60 minutes per week is the important starting point to help end learning poverty in the lives of each of the children we serve.
