The Age of Learning Foundation provides licenses to our digital learning solutions at no cost to our partner organizations. The process for assigning product licenses for digital learning solutions is as follows:
- Log in to your Educator Center account.
- Click on the Accounts tab located at the top of your screen.
- Select the Manage tab.
- Under the Schools tab, search for the student(s) to whom you want to assign the license(s).
- Check the box next to the name of each student you want to license.
- Click the Bulk Action dropdown menu.
- Select Assign Licenses from the dropdown menu.
- Choose the product license that is available to your organization.
- Click Assign Licenses to complete the process.
Please note that if you do not see licenses available to distribute, it is likely that they have not been assigned by the organization’s Educator Center administrator. In such cases, you should contact the administrator for assistance.
The Educator Center administrators have the ability to filter and manage students based on their license status. The following are the descriptions of each license status:
- Unassigned: The student does not have a product license assigned, or their access has been revoked. They will not appear on the teacher’s Class Login page until licensed for the product.
- Assigned: The student has been assigned a product license and will appear in the teacher’s Class Login page.
- Invited: An administrator and/or teacher has sent an invitation to the student via email, phone, or a printed copy.
- Redeemed: A family has successfully redeemed their unique product code and created their Educator Center account.
- Expired: The student’s license is no longer valid, and they must be assigned a new license if product access is still needed.
If you have any questions or concerns about licenses, it is recommended that you reach out to your organization’s Educator Center administrator for assistance.
