What is the process for requesting help?

The Age of Learning Foundation works closely with partners to issue our adaptive mastery learning solutions and other resources offer optimal experiences. To request help from the Age of Learning Foundation, follow these steps: 

  • Mastery Learning Coordinator: If you encounter an error with the adaptive mastery learning solutions or other solutions, the first step is to work with the coordinating team for your organization.  A designated staff member can check devices for updates and ensure the internet has sufficient bandwidth. Sometimes, issues can be resolved by updating software or addressing connectivity problems. 

  • Age of Learning Foundation Mastery Toolkit: If the problem persists or you have other needs, visit the Age of Learning Foundation Mastery Toolkit. This online resource contains articles that address common issues and provide guidance on various topics. To find relevant information, find the category topic or type your question or need into the search field, and the toolkit will populate articles that may answer your question. 

  • Help Ticket Submission: If you cannot find a solution in the Mastery Toolkit or your issue requires personalized assistance, the Mastery Toolkit offers an option to submit a help ticket. Click on the appropriate link to create a help ticket. In the ticket, explain the specific issue you are facing in detail. It may be helpful to provide as much relevant information as possible to help the technical support staff understand the problem. 

  • Wait for Assistance: After submitting the help ticket, the technical support staff will review the details you provided. They will work to address the issue and provide you with the necessary assistance. The response time may vary depending on the volume of support requests and the complexity of the issue. 

  • Follow-Up: If you receive a response or resolution from the Age of Learning Foundation, make sure to follow any instructions or suggestions they provide. If the issue is not resolved or you have further questions, feel free to reach out to them again for additional support.
