The Age of Learning Foundation strives to be holistic and contextual in our approach to monitoring and evaluation. We are therefore purposeful in assessing how well we execute, paying particular attention to performance, process, and outcomes, in relation to our six programmatic objectives.
- Performance monitoring helps us keep accountable for the goals we set, the strategies we employ, the resources we use, and the activities we do.
- Process evaluation gives us insight into whether we are implementing our program with fidelity.
-
Outcome evaluation allows us to investigate whether our theory of change and our programs achieve the results and impact we desire.
-
Impact evaluation enables us to revisit the assumptions inherent in our theory of change, our logic model, and our implementation strategies and processes, in light of the results we achieve.
