Who is responsible for program delivery?

Developing education systems where children can master what they learn requires collective effort and shared responsibility.

From the national education ministry offices to the classrooms where learning happens, everyone has a key role to play.

  • National, regional, and district officials need to create enabling environments and conditions that support quality mastery learning implementation locally and at scale.

  • School leaders must work to help teachers transform their classrooms into mastery learning centers of excellence.

  • Teachers need to (i) allocate 60-minutes per week for every child to use the mastery learning solution, and (ii) transform themselves into skillful tutors who can also work one-on-one with students offline.

The Age of Learning Foundation helps each of these stakeholders to fulfill their responsibilities as they contribute to children’s mastery learning.
